Why don’t people listen? There are people on the forum that tell people to not accept a signing from xyz because they are not good because we have research them. Then they complain I am not getting paid daaaa.

Hey Earl, a little kindness and empathy goes a long way. We are all colleagues here. Knowledge/experience is all relative.

Just because someone is a member here doesn’t mean they have read through every. single. thread. in this forum.

Just because one person (or several) had a bad experience with a company doesn’t mean everyone else is going to have the same bad experience. Sometimes it is a judgment call.

Just because you know something, doesn’t mean we all know it. Your comment is a good example of something you might think but not necessarily post and certainly not direct at anyone, especially not at the OP. Kindness and empathy, Earl.

Earl, that comment is quite unnecessary. As I explained, I received a text. Where was I supposed to find out whether this ESCROW officer is good or not good. If you had read the post, you would have noticed that it is NOT a signing service but a TITLE COMPANY. Please direct me as to where I am supposed to read about People’s Title. Otherwise, mentor someone instead of judging them. You’re out.

Ladies Carmen and Yolicue, your are a force to be reckoned with. After having left a VM and sent two emails, as well as a new invoice (in case she lost it), I have sent an email to PT via their FB page. It goes to orders@
 I am beyond disapppointed
funny enough, a giant photo of LF is on FB. Anyway, thank you so much for your kind support as I pursue payment.

Ladies - thanks a mille. As mentioned, I ended up sending an email via their FB page and
I received an immediate response from their CFO AND their president, promising that it would be handled immediately. And
LF is no longer with the company. You ladies rock!!! She was hired in july 24 and is no longer there
the CFO said the invoice was never forwarded. I am so indebted to you as you pushed, and pushed and

@tawc ===>>> PLUS, here’s one additional technique that you may find to be QUITE EFFECTIVE . . . Code the Contact List in your phone . . .

  • Why take the time to do that?

Because you will IMMEDIATELY KNOW beyond the shadow of a doubt when a call comes in . . . who to accept & who to reject.

One technique for Coding your Contact List would be to place a leading 2-character prefix that identifies the Group that phone number has placed themselves within from demonstrated behavior:

  • NP = Non-Payer
  • SP = Slow Payer
  • LB = Low Ball Fees
  • LD = Late Docs
  • NN = Non-negotiator

Etc., etc., etc.

There are several other techniques (Search Google) for Coding your Contact List to assist you in filtering your Inbound calls.

You didn’t understand my comment it wasn’t aimed at a certain person it was a general statement.
