Doing a seller package and maybe it’s trailing documents but it’s the ALTA for the buyer and other documents that don’t look like a seller document.
I’m still waiting for the SS to respond and will probably call shortly because this 11 page package just doesn’t look right.
Ever happen to you? And it’s a this better ship today package on top of that. But it is not like any seller docs I have ever handled.

Well, yeah. LOL I rarely question documents I receive but when a seller package has the buyer’s ALTA - you should ask.
Yes, I have received loan documents that stated the borrowers were “Husband and Wife” when they were actually father and daughter buying a property together. And I have received documents intended for the buyer not the seller, and vice versa.
Great job looking out for all parties. You underscored your value to your hiring company and spared yourself a wasted trip. Notaries who pay attention to detail are solid gold.
