On NotaryGo, I am listed as having 8 out of 9 of my required documents to sign up confirmed. The last one just says “Ca business,” which I assume means they want proof that I’m a California Business.
I’ve written them a few times and heard nothing back. They keep denying what I’ve sent to prove my business is valid and registered in California. I’ve submitted a screenshot with my name and the company information from the Secretary of State website. I’ve also submitted a copy of my company’s Statement of Information, which was newly renewed with California a few days ago.
They keep denying me. Their website doesn’t say the reason or what document I should provide. There is a small icon that shows “Why?” that appears where it was denied, but when I click on it, it only reads “BLANK” with no description as to why. Likely a website issue.
Does anyone know what document I should be submitting? I appreciate your feedback!
