I’m thinking that is not really funny, I believe it was meant to be but this is a place for notaries to address concerns, advise etc. Not jokes. There are some people that are super afraid of the virus. Maybe they don’t want to touch their mask again and again? Maybe its just easier to leave on…I don’t know but I don’t think that humor belongs on this site.
