I am doing a Buy/Sell signing for the Buyer. In the package I got a “Acknowledgement and Agreement to Release Funds Prior to Recordation” form. This form contains the following:
Agent Name:
Closing Attorney/Closing Entity Name:
File Number:
Property Address:
Purchaser Signature:
Seller Signature:
Lender Signature:
Every entry is blank, does this form need to filled out? and then signed by the Buyer? or Just signed by the buyer and left everything else blank?
Please help!

Check with your hiring party; this looks like something Title should have filled out and then, yes, you would have Buyer sign it - although almost all the information required is readily available, it is not your job to fill out any closing documents - it’s up to either title or the signer (in your case, the Borrower).

I don’t like when title companies or lenders forget to fill out “their” forms, then it leaves me asking “is it for me to fill out or not”… what I do is I put the signer to fill it out and put their information.

Thank you, I also prefer for Title Co to fill out such forms…I will call them.
Reminder: You don’t notarize blank forms - or just crossed fill out N/A if applicable.
Check with Servicer or title company
Please read my post again - that’s what I said; further, according to the OP, the form is not notarized. But notarized or not, we don’t fill out forms - signers or title fill them out.
