Has anyone completed a signing for Hilton Grand Vacation Timeshares? If so any advice you might offer? TIA
Although I detest Time Shares for the fact they tend to financially hogtie buyers, they tend to be less complicated than a mortgage.
A lot less docs, that’s for sure! What exactly are you wanting to know about them?
I get them often. I had one yesterday. I agree, they do “hogtie” the buyers and they’re usually older/retired folks. I of course keep my opinion to myself, during those signings, but yesterday, the gentleman told me his primary home is paid for and he has 2 other vacation timeshares because they help him tremendously with tax liabilities at the end of the year. That was an “aha” moment for me.
Hi Debbra,
Yes I have, they are very simple and when you are finished you scan them back and once approved they will send you the shipping label.
I did one which the signer was actually upgrading. He knew exactly what he was signing. My advice is to just state what the document is and say they can take all the time they want to review it. Don’t try to explain it.
