- Go out to your car.
- Call the cops
- Press charges
- Call the signing company and find out if this behavior from this customer has been reported before, if so, hire a lawyer and sue the signing company for knowingly putting you in this situation.
- I’ve had signing companies call me because they won’t send women out to certain signings because the old creepers request pretty women and have made advances to other female notaries. I had one old guy refuse to sign with me, because he wanted a woman (over the phone). I called the signing company back and told them to refuse the signing from the title company.

Hello Carrie! I went to A signing dressed more professionally than usual. The signer looked at me and said “ I use to have a black girlfriend but my mom told me to breakup with her that bi-racial relationships are nothing but problems.” I get sick of the always commenting on my race in a signing. Maybe it’s because I’m the first black person to set foot in their house. I get scared often. Literally afraid they will harm me.
