I guess their thought is if you’re going to handle real estate transactions then you should have the training and license to do so. I honestly wish all states would have that requirement. Like in Minnesota - you have to be a licensed closer to do signings. I love that idea.
Protection for the public. Plain and simple. At least that my thought on it
