I have never received instructions from Stewart Title that were SO LONG.
It just makes me wonder who ever took a job for them that needed to be told these things:
PROHIBITED and this is a very short version
distracting facial piercings
Tattoos featuring profanity (must be covered)
Hair Styles that are distracting and multi colored (no mohawks)
No ripped, torn or shredded clothing
No logos or concert T shirts
Do not arrive with children, guests or pets
I always figure, the section on Notary Requirements and NOT ALLOWED means - heavens someone actually did that and they received complaints.
I actually laughed out loud reading these instructions. They go ON and ON and ON. To me very standard stuff. Could it really mean that mean there are mobile notaries who think showing up like you’re on your way to a Courtney Love Hole concert is cool?
To me it’s fairly appalling they have to include instructions like this. Come on, now.
