I sure did, but i really like it. Its a Microsoft Surface Pro. I didnt have a laptop. I haven’t heard a peep from Escrowtab since then. They could never tell me which companies used their software either. They did all kinds of presentations to us notaries on the TNT calls, Notary Stars, and more.
ashton yes, that’s correct. $25 per notarization regardless of the number of documents.

I just got my first laptop with a touch screen; mine is an HP. I wasn’t too worried about having a touch screen, but this one had everything I wanted and a good Black Friday price. I suppose it could come in handy if I want to apply a handwritten signature to an electronic form; signing with a mouse or the little touch pad on most laptops looks terrible.
My state, VT, doesn’t allow its notaries to do RON or IPEN yet but is revising the first draft of its rules after the public comment sessions.
