I am confused on if Alabama is RON or RIN. I tried signing up for some RON websites but many still don’t work with Alabama and one company said that Alabama is still a RIN state that can only do acknowledgements so they are not letting me sign up with them. Can anyone clear this up for me, please?

Alabama most certainly does allow RON - see your handbook, page 11-12
