Well I’m telling people who I am and what I’m doing everywhere I go. It’s hard for me because I’m an introvert and it’s not something I do naturally but I forced myself to do it and it pays off. I have been talking to law firms, convalescent homes, hospital, clinics, banks and I’ve getting GNW here and there; it has been slow but real steady. There’s signing company called Rapid Signing they only work with law firms countrywide try to sign up with them they help you along the way, you hardly have to print any paper; you do however have to do a lot of scan backs and picture uploading to their portal but compared to traditional signings I’d do these any day, their pay is (they lowball you) and they pay on time (30 day turn around) and if they like you they won’t use no one else. Loan Signings are currently down and they’ll go back up eventually. That ONE side of this business is always cyclical. Performing GNW (general notary work) is always needed. The best part of being a mobile notary is immediate payment, and full-time money for very part-time work hours. The folks who jumped in at the end of 2020/21 just for a quick buck will be gone and those of us who branch out will continue to stay afloat.
