Any suggestions on how to ferret out GNW
I have identified at least 14 avenues for attaining meaningful GNW but, as I have said before, I won’t disclose them here for fear of all my local competitors grabbing them up and beating me to the $$$. I had to work hard to dig 'em all up and some are obvious and others, not so much. If I was leaving the business, I’d list them all for everyone to see, but, alas. . .
I have a ton of stuff on this forum that you can look up and learn from, though.

I for sure agree and I knew it then. I’m trying to find other avenues like this one that can help compensate for the lack of signings. It is only gonna go down hill from here. I’m young though so I’m really looking for a corporate America job while keeping a side hustle.
