dtoucheshawks my experience would have been heavily influenced by the lack of cooperation via calls which as you said are more difficult. I don’t know why their app is troublesome for me but I have more business then I can handle so if they don’t want to work with me on my terms that is just fine with me… I don’t need them.

I dont give signers a choice, I bring pens and that’s the color you will use if you would like to close. Never had an issue, simple explanation of title wants a certain color and the topic is normally handled.
