YES but packages are usually HUGE 135 to 300 pages and lots of stamps. Normal pckg affidavits: borrowers, survey, name, signature, aka, marriage, occupancy, buyers or sellers aff, e and o lim. poa, payoff aff x2, compliance agreement x2, DOT, covid 19 aff and there is MORE. So price accordingly

Hi dtoucheshawks,
Have you ever negotiate the pricing with XOME after accepting the assignment? How are the payments processed? I’ve conducted 7 assignments in the last week, since I got accepted.

Don’t refuse or accept - send email with your requested fee

Got it! Thanks Juliana

Tonyly,

What was the rate you used and were the packages huge ?

Yes the packages is huge. The packages typically in the range of 140-150 for execution. Most Often times having to notarize 10-11 documents.

They are a good company. I do a lot of signings for them.

Yes you can negotiate an extra printing fee if $20 if package exceeds 150 pages or more.

I refuse to work with them. I used to and at one time they were my number one source for signings but their app seldomly worked properly for me and it was very difficult to get them to answer the phone when the app failed. Good luck.

I love working with them, their app is so easy to work with

Do you not reply “fee to low” and just email them?

I’ll tell you who is a shady company-- SigningCarolina who will doc you$50 for using the wrong color ink during the pandemic-- even though the signer didn’t want to use my blue pen!!

Please let your colleagues be in the lookout for this arbitrary signing company

I really like working for them. They are very professional and USUALLY answer any questions I have in a jiffy.

I like the packages and am very used to them. Unfortunately, they go with the lowest bidder. They called me to get my fee, called back to assign it to me and WHILE I was on the phone someone accepted the $90. So Xome assigned it to them. I told her that I was sorry to see them go and that I will never do a refi for $90.00. I also asked about the experience of the other notary and if they (xome) were comfortable chancing a liability suit if this did not close because of a mistake.
There is someone new in my area (Suffolk County, NY) taking all the lowball offers and killing the industry here. At $90 for a refi, I would be loosing money! I am not doing this for fun or experience or I’m bored, I make a living off this job. STOP taking the lowballs and start countering the fee!!!

I dropped Xome some time ago because their app did not work for me and they were totally inflexable about working through email and texts.

I have just signed up with them also, I am hoping for a good professional experience

I have worked with them for years - once you know the paperwork because of so many pages - the signing is easy. I have asked for additional fee for over 150 pages and always get it. Their fee of $90 is better than most that still want to pay 65 and 75 for re-fi. Why can’t all these companies just pay $100 to start? Years ago signing agents were getting $150 - $250 for signings.

How do you sign up with Xome?

wow! they are AMAZING do not ha d hold and are very responsive to emails (calls are more difficult).
