I think it is extremely slow. We are almost mid-March and still slow. I did okay (but nothing to brag about) in February. A lot of low fees. One company I get notices from was showing $35.00 for a HELOC. They used to show $40. You see where people say stay away from the low fees and everyone stick together, but apparently someone is doing them. Hopefully, it will get better. I only do part-time.

something is going on…but if you are in illinois its about to take off illinois being the crooks they are about to raise their taxes again on home buyers
what makes me die is they charge us all these fee;s and there is no work since trump has been in and changed the rules on heloc;s I have had 1 this year
I do tons of HELOCs. Very few REFIs right now though.
