They do loan modifications. I used to get a check in the mail two weeks after the signing. They have changed payment to six weeks after the signing. They say 30 business days but their business days are Mon-Fri so it comes out to six weeks. Naturally they gave no notice about the change. I only found out because payment for my last assignment did not arrive as expected.

I have several from this company and it’s been over 2 months and still no check. I have called them and they do not respond or answer their phones. What is happening here?
