Jot phone number

Does anyone know if Jot notary platform has a phone number

I haven’t been able to find one. But, then again, I haven’t needed one. If I have a question about a particular file, the EO’s contact info is on confirmation. If I have inquiry, I can either call the EO or enter comment on the platform and code it for EO and/or JOT support. There’s always been a quick response from either/both. :slight_smile:

Is your query about something other than a particular file?

Call the title officer from the package. The phone number is on the ALTA.

It is the number for Jot. They did not answer but I was allowed to leave a voicemail
and they called me back a few minutes later

I believe Jot is just the platform if you get a signing, you contact First American Title in the address where they’re at it usually has it on order details the escrow officer‘s name and phone number
