JT signs llc

Has anybody worked with this company?
Thank you,
Mark

Looks like another make a six figure income signing service being launched. If you watch videos from some providers - that’s the website they teach everyone to build. There’s no reason to not take an assignment from them. IMO. They’re a LSA just like we are and started a website and accepted an order that requires them to subcontract that order. That’s where loads of services start.

What I think prior poster has missed is that many notaries who aren’t making a living by being an NSA decide to become completely unfunded signing services who must be paid by title before they can pay the notary. I personally know 2 such people who lasted 3 and 6 months, respectively, before their disappearing act because they had so many unpaid notaries screaming at them.

@MGombrich Hmmm . . . no direct experience with that business entity. So, no input in that regard.

If you do a bit of internet Research you’ll see a few web pages reflecting that their business was launched in 2017.

So, it certainly doesn’t appear to be ‘newly minted’ . . .

However, without any true presence or online Reviews, etc., etc., etc. it would be a Hard Pass in my estimation in this type of instance.

.

As I often express, as a business owner - ‘trust your gut’ when making the determination of whether to Accept (or not). :four_leaf_clover:

@Arichter Absolutely correct! :white_check_mark:

.

@Arichter Do you know if those Signing Service owners paid the notaries prior to their “disappearing act?”

Yes, if there are no online reviews, likely, they’ve never really gotten off the ground.

From the uproar on one of the forums about ‘one of our own’ stiffing many, met by complete silent disappearance… I doubt they were paid.
