Just starting out and have a few questions

Hello all and thank you for your time.

I am just fresh and starting out and have a few questions. I apologize in advance if it seems very elementary.

  1. Phone - do you use your personal phone or get a business phone? I want to advertise but I am not sure I want my personal phone number on display. Your insight will be greatly appreciated.
  2. Printers - I have read that many of you print documents. I have a printer but it is a small printer and not a large capacity printer. Do I need to invest in one that will print large jobs?
  3. Documents - Do the Title companies/MTG companies provide all documents already printed? or does it come through the email?
  4. What is the best way to get a Mentor to start out with? I know I will have many questions and it would be nice to have someone to reach out to as needed.
  5. What training class is recommended for the NSA

Before we answer your questions…where are you located. Let’s make sure you’re not in an attorney only state, which would prohibit you from doing loan signings.
