An offer came across today from a company I have never heard of.
Does anyone have any experience with this company?

Yes I have, did a closing for them on Monday 11/23/2020, so far so good. I had a few questions about the docs. I was able to get ahold of someone and get my questions answered.
I’ll be doing a signing for them on Monday but now I feel like I short changed myself accepting 75$ 80pg file 2 signers when the Klear is getting 350$ … lesson learned … never underestimate your skills and always counter because you never know if you’ll get what you ask for.

That fee is far too low no matter WHO the company is. You’re working at a loss after all is said and done.
