Here’s some advice - take it or leave it. Title companies are laying off people. The real estate industry (builders, suppliers, realty agencies, etc.) are all laying off people. Lenders are down to skeleton crews. Amazon is about to lay off thousands. META (Facebook) is cutting staff by thousands as is Twitter. Zillow had had large layoffs as has Peloton.
