Lender Instructions

Newbie question. In preparation for my first signing coming up, when reading the Lender Instructions there is a line that reads “ALL documents must be SIGNED and DATED.”

Am I to take this as literally…as in every document, or is it every document that requires a signature and date ?

Exactly as typed… ALL documents signed and date. One missed signature might give you a little bit of a headache
