It is becoz of desperate notaries like you , that they continue to exist and exploit and cheat !
How did it go, I received a job from them today, which I am to complete tomorrow?
I covered a seller closing in Feb 2021 for them (for a fair rate) and have not been paid. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. The email I received said they pay 30-45 (business) days. That makes it over 60 days from the time I completed the closing IF I get paid. I recommend thinking before taking work from them. Can’t say that I will be eager to take their calls again.
