Loan Signings

What are some signing companies i can sign up with?

If you have experience Signature Closers and Signature Xcel

Following this thread… is Signature Xcel the same platform as signingorder.com?

No two different companies.

Signature Xcel does use signingorder platform. If you sign up on signature xcel’s website and are already on signingorder it will tell you you’re already in their system.

As a new notary I googled title companies in my area made a list and called all of them. Some title companies use signing agencies I would take note and call them to sign up.

Here Is a list of some

Signature Closers
Snapdocs
Timios
Mortgage Connect

FYI Timios is owned by Chinese investors. They’ll offer $90. They do not accept counter offers. I have gotten added print fees when I get a package because they’re usually over 150 pages. Timios gets you great experience and they pay great. But I don’t take their orders anymore if they are not in town. Good company though. Mortgage Connect I signed up with, but there are notaries who will do the jobs for less than I will so I don’t get a lot of those orders. Signature Closers and SnapDocs I get orders from the same companies all the time. A couple have said I’m preferred whatever that means. Try signingorder.com also.

I believe Timios is a title company. Yes, their blast offers only offer $90 per assignment. I don’t accept those.

HOWEVER, and it’s a big however, if they call you, they’ll tell you what the assignment is and ask what you fee is and I’ve had no problem with them agreeing to my fees.

Nice if you have the time to do that. These orders go fast in my area. Having time to contact a company and negotiate a fee isn’t always available.

They use the signingorder.com platform almost exclusively. Sorry for the double post.
