I did some signings in May for Loanclosings.com and they have yet to pay. I emailed invoices and they said I had echecks waiting for me. But when I signed in there was no record. Then in an email they said that they were waiting for the owner to reissue because they were unable to. Ive emailed back twice to verify no response. Get voicemail at every extension and no operator service. Any advise or knowledge someone may know is appreciated. Thank you

Tell them to pay up that’s wire fraud and the FBI can get involved.

I am not familiar with this company. So many of these guys are slow pay no pay.
I did a closing for them on 8/5 and I still have not been paid yet. I just made a phone call and I was told my check will be emailed to me on 10/4. Why do these places need to hold checks for 60 days or longer? Do they put all the checks into some interest bearing account and try to make money of all the notaries fees?
