Has anyone experience MELIO. I have a Signing Agency that hired me (RLF Signing Services) and was told by this agency that I had to sign up with MELIO which is the vendor they use to pay for signings. Well, I did and my first payment was supposed to be direct deposited. They are saying they did and sent me a receipt, but the payment never got to my bank.
I cannot reach them by phone as no one answers. My emails have not been answered either. Just wondering if someone has had a good experience with MELIO?
