Have you ever missed a signature on one document and was not in a position to get it signed and they assigned it to another notary and did not pay you for your partial service?
Not personally, but most SS will deduct the 2nd notary’s pay from the 1st’s for the error and not fixing it promptly themselves.
Agreed. Usually such mistakes (and the penalties) are usually stipulated in the instructions when you accept the order.
