The only time I ever get an offer from Mortgage Connect that is anywhere close to anything I’d accept is on very last minute signings, over 50 miles from me. No thanks!

@steves11 Same! There may be some REMOTE regions of the US where MC will pay a higher fee, but not for most PSAs.
