I could use a tutorial on RON
Congratulations! So happy for you. I am so proud of you. Keep it up!
Thanks to Notes like you I’ve learned so much!
I’m sorry about the gas price in California! But it’s working it’s way over here too! You can decide to sit in or charge for the distance accordingly.
Notes? . I’m a PITA. Lol
Well I’m buying a new car soon, I need to know if I should go electric.
I’m back from Vegas! I’m survived! nor a winner, nor a loser, we went to a wedding lot’s of crazy folks, we had fun! now back to the real world!
I know you can make a lot of money counting cards
Welcome back. Too bad you did not go before Covid changed the city. I think everyone should experience Las Vegas at least once in their lives. It is truly still a great city to have a great time.

We did Vegas for our 25th anniversary…loved it!! Went again the fol!owing year and took our daughter and 3year old granddaughter…that one didn’t go so well…lol
It’s a 3.5-hour drive for us. I think I’m due for another visit. We don’t gamble we just eat a lot and see the shows.
You might want to wait a few years for the kinks to work out (why they say never buy the first release of a new model car). Besides, I would be interested in seeing how they would be able to generate sufficient/abundant electricity for “zero net emissions” without burning a fossil fuel and/or using nuclear power plants (if that’s a concern for you).
Re: electric cars- I am in CA, and about a year ago, I bought a Toyota Mirai….it’s a zero emission vehicle, that uses hydrogen fuel. I went to the dealership to buy a Prius, and they were offering 0% interest AND a $15,000 fuel card (NO, that is NOT a typo!). With what I save on fuel, Toyota is pretty much paying ME to drive the car! I’m not a fan of the body style but the car originally sold for $70,000 and has every single option under the sun-beautiful inside!! Of course, purchasing one isn’t an option for anyone outside of CA and even here, if you are outside of LA, the Bay Area, or Sacramento -not an option because fuel stations are TOUGH to find. But I live only 3 miles from 2 different ones, so I went for it and WOW am I glad I did!! I don’t commute now, and I’m only doing 4-5 signings a week so basically, 1 fill up is good for about 2 months for me. BUT, while I was doing signings full time I would get giddy with excitement when I was fueling up and NOT paying $5.00 or more a gallon. I saved $5600 in fuel, plus absolutely NO maintenance, I get a tax CREDIT-not a write off, a CREDIT, of $3500 for buying a zero emissions vehicle and the best part: I CAN (legally) DRIVE IN THE CARPOOL LANE and there was no monetary value to the time I saved-YOWZA!!! And I get 3 weeks of usage of a “loaner car” a year, so if I do need to drive outsidr of my area, I get a brand new Camry to do so!
Best thing I ever did when I decided to buy it!
I love my Model Y, saves me about $15,000 in gas/maintenance a year. Rarely have to supercharge and fastest cars I’ve ever driven.
Well, I got another one to add to my book of business! So my 4pm closing took 21 minutes to complete. The signer said, “Thanks for being professional and on time.” Long story short, I’ll be closing commercial transactions at title for his company too:)
Sorry, can’t share info.
Wow!!! Congratulations!!!
That is just sooooo AWESOME!!! I charge $225 for commercial closings…counting the money…WOW!!! CONGRATS
Sounds like someone is setting themselves up to be a SS…lol
I sometimes have signers who have not had any real estate transactions for a long time. They tell me they signed at the title company last time. I explain that due to COVID pre-cautions, many title companies stopped in-house closings. I also said that even pre-COVID I was also called in to do title company signings in-house. Sometimes their own notary is not available (or they no longer have a certified notary in-house but this I don’t share). I then say for many signers, they are not able to fit in a signing appointment during normal business hours or they prefer the comfort of their home to making a trip into town. I service a large area and many of my signings are set in rural settings. I also have many instances where one of the signers is disabled or has small children in the house who would make it difficult to sign in a business setting. This usually helps my signers relax.
I think there will always be a need for mobile signing agents because not everyone can make the trip to the bank or title office.
