Continuing the discussion from Your experience with mortgagedocs:

here I thought I was the only one that Mortgage Docs had to write them off as bad really bad business – mistakenly took a
reversal mortgage for a client where I live-wow did that one cost me some time and effort–never did I get paid and yes the Federal Saving Banks could care less. Are these people still around have not heard from them for awhile?

I hesitate (usually pass) to accept reverse mortgage or application signings because it is a lot of extra work. I’ll do them if I have nothing else going that year. It’s tough when you don’t get paid and we’ve all been that it one time or another. Burn me once, burn me twice and I’m a fool.
