Nationwide Signing Services

I just wanted to say that I have had good experiences working with Nationwide Signing Services. They are a local company here in AZ, I have completed quite a few signings for them and they always pay on time. It does take 30 days to get paid the first time but after that on the 1st and 15th of each month I receive an e-check. Don’t freak out if you get one of those. My bank didn’t know what the heck it was at first, now they are fine with it. I have had several other companies pay that way now, and I think it’s the wave of the future if you don’t have direct deposit. But Nationwide is good about helping if there is a problem at the signing, there is no micromanaging and their online closing out process is easy.

Yes,
I love working with Nationwide Signing Services. There fees are fair and they pay on time. I definitely like their customer service. Great company.

This is an excellent company to work for. I love the e-checks wish more companies would use them.

I have worked with them and they have always been professional, friendly and pay a reasonable fee. They are not low ballers.

I’ve had the same, positive experience with Nationwide and am always happy to receive work from them.

My original post is three years old. I can’t say what working for them is like recently. They stopped calling me about a year ago when I started to get pickier about the jobs, only taking ones that were close to me, or close to their drop location because we were also required to drive extra distances to deliver docs as well as doing the signing, all for $85 for refi and $50 for a seller.
I couldn’t justify the extra cost for the fee. That is just for local notaries though, not people out of state. They pay higher fees for out of state signings.

Unfortunately, this company has gone downhill like many others which are poorly managed. And make sure you document the events concerning your closing with them. They will blame the notary for their mistakes or lack of coordination. In order to look good with the clients. I suggest that before you accept any offers do research the company and their history. And especially if they are not paying you for services rendered in a timely manner. Many of these companies go from one platform to the another once they built a bad reputation due to unethical practices. So beware, look into the companies history before taking an assignment. This will save you from getting involved with unnecessary drama and even from having these companies stigmatizing your profile. Make sure you mitigate any unwarranted and potential negative comments which may affect your profile and public image. And remember these companies share your personal information with each other. Now we all make mistakes and so do they. The problem that I have is many title companies and lenders are not willing to accept that they indeed made a mistake and will point towards the notary. So you become the fall guy. Now, I recently had a situation where a title company sent me an email stating that I missed the initials on the Uniform Residential Application and several signatures as well. The title company didn’t even look over the documents and didn’t proofread or review the scans. However they where quick in sending an email to the company which hired me for the closing. I went back and reviewed the scans and then pointed out to the title company that they were incorrect and I had no errors. I pointed out each discrepancy one by one. Well the title company didn’t even apologize and then the company which hired me wanted to enter the so-called errors on the remark section of my profile. I presented my mitigation circumstances and as a remedy. I instructed them to delete the inaccurate information. And they did. Do I care if they don’t call me back for an assignment? Of course not. Why would you want to do any work with them? So once again please look into the companies before taking an assignment. I’m retired after serving my country and the federal government for over 35 years. However, I do realize that many of you which participate in this platform are doing this work full time. It’s hard. Once again take your time and do your research before taking any assignments. You will benefit greatly doing so.

@algalafa Absolutely an accurate statement!

It has happened repeatedly over the years & is an immoral, shameful, and abhorrent demonstration of a complete & total lack of ethics.
