Has this ever happened to anyone?
I was asked to notarize a POA, no scanbacks, just a certification.to photograph and email.
I said, what’s the fee and she wrote $50.
I texted back $75 and she answered OK
The paperwork was screwed up (legal zoom, I think) and the signers were impatient, but I got it done. I emailed the picture of the signed certification and I got paid 3 days with an online check.
Great experience.
Yes, about a 1,000 times but usually I have already negotiated my pay with the signer.
