Network Transaction Solutions Issue

So I conducted a signing in December 2024 for NTS. I’m not aware of their payment terms but noticed I haven’t received payment in February 2025. I emailed the firm to inquire about the payment. The manager emailed me back in a condescending manner stating payment was sent and it’s weird that out of all the hundreds of notaries they work with, I haven’t received my payment. I asked for reference and confirmation that they have my email address correct. She responded again NOT providing the information I requested. I called in the next week and received an nice email from a scheduler stating they pay on a weekly basis and that she will contact accounting to research. Today, the manager sent me the pay stub for the check and asked for like the 4th time to check my Deluxe Payment Solutions account and spam email box because the check was sent. I called Deluxe and they confirmed the payment was sent to the wrong email address. I notified the manager and guess what she did? She basically said, glad you were able to resolve the issue and you have been removed from our system so you don’t have to deal with this again. She blacklisted me from their firm over something she was too lazy to look into, making me look like the suspect. Note, she never mentioned they’re going to reissue the check. I’ve been nothing but professional to this woman yet, she’s been extremely rude to me. I really don’t understand. I’m a loan officer and so to be real estate agent and best believe I will not be forwarding business to this firm thank to one single individual who had zero patience to deal with me. I’m not upset because in today’s world, people as soooooooooo disappointing but just want to express the upmost importance of being professional and kind because my experience with NTS was NOT a great one and I’m actually ok with her blacklisting me.
