From what I am reading, it looks like an attorney would have to be involved in the loan signing. Sorry I am not terribly helpful. I hope some South Carolina folks pipe up in this forum and offer you some solid direction.

Hi Carmen. Thanks for the info. Im juat trying ro get started. Im really not sure were to begin. I stumble up on NSA by accident. I had to become a notary for my job. I had no clue there was more to being a notary til after researching.
