@heathermblake48 Please know that the comment above about that organization purportedly advocating for Professional Signing Agents [PSAs] is, in all honesty, a less than truthful summation of their efforts . . .
Reference this thread for additional information by sages who know first-hand and who haven’t “consumed any of the Kool-aid” from them:
What you don’t understand is it may be the “industry standard” but it’s because of their marketing only…they’ve convinced them they are. Their training is lacking in many places and many “graduates” end up going on to train more elsewhere for better understanding. Further, their primer is fraught with errors, and their hotline is not reliable.
If you like them that’s your choice…just keep an open mind and eyes wide open.

The NNA is a BUSINESS.
They’re a FOR-PROFIT business.
The term “Association” is a misnomer.
Many have presented extensive details from direct, first-hand previously on this topic in this (& many other) forums.
The NNA certainly has THEIR best interest at heart (not the notary/certified notary signing agents [CNSAs] interest) . . .
