Hello Yall. I’m back around after a few years off. I stopped just before pandemic. Every company I worked with was taking too much of my money. I’m looking back into notary/signing work in North Texas. I’m in SW Fort Worth area. Any tips?

I have not completed a loan signing in several years.
The signing agencies want too much for too little compensation.

Morning Traci, I’m located in the San Antonio/Austin region. I no longer handle Real Estate closings until things return to profitability. I’m focusing on Legal engagements, evidence handling, Estates, Trusts, and Taxes. I hope to some day return to loan closings.
