My apologies - I had the wrong company…but still, this one is only 3.5 stars - and IMO, yes, it’s up to you to keep up with company status. Yes I have NC’s back on this because they have nothing to do with the companies’ payment history/methods no more than SnapDocs has anything to do with paying notaries. It’s the company, not the platform
I understand your pain and frustration… but it’s misdirected. If you solicit a business you found on google and get cheated by that company is it Google’s responsibility or the business? I’m just saying.
