"Notary Assist" and "Our Records"

Does anyone know the difference between Notary Assist and Our Records? Do they both do the same thing? I know how to use Quickbooks. Would that be a good program to use?

I think Our Records is just a place to store your credentials and share at will for a monthly fee. Notary Assist is a bookkeeping program that is set up for mobile notaries. Quickbooks keeps it all private…and you already know how to use it.

Looking at the “Our Records” website it appears it’s marketed to corporations with a substantial workforce to keep track of employee records, and can also work with partner companies. It doesn’t seem like the sort of thing an individual would buy.
