ATTENTION ALL NOTARY CAFE MEMBERS: Just received a text Signing order Request from “Notaries in Action Inc” that displayed Notary Dash on the web page with the signing details.

There are multiple posts on the Notary Cafe forum that identify Jennifer Glover is the owner/operator of the following business entities:

- PRESTIGE NOTARIES
- NOTARY DASH
- NOTARIES IN ACTION

Far too many posts on the forum regarding non-payment to even consider the offer. In addition, the Signing Order isn’t a standard type (see posts referenced below).

I accepted a job to “go find” a person involved in a class action, not unusual - found the apt. empty, but the person did return my call and said he was not interested in going any further with that firm. I don’t know what happened, but 3 days later, I get another exact request from another “Notaries In Action” Hmmm, what’s going on? Who are they? You can’t reach any of them, Notary Dash, Prestige, or Coast2Coast. And they’re putting out the LOAN SIGNINGS, RE-FI’s at $30!!!

I am a process server, and for this company to ask notaries without process server experience to basically skip-trace (hunt via phone numbers and other last know addresses, etc) is outside our scope of service. Plus, the price is way too low for a cumulative three trips with expected skip-tracing, signing, possible notarizing, SCANBACKS, and return services. I completely agree. The business is unprofessional. I had a signing in September. I just received payment in November. After nearly waiting 60 days for payment, I is was short paid. I emailed Notary Dash as to why. They said it was the agreed fee, which was absolute lie. I’m done with them.
