Curious, how do we complete the milestone list on the notary go platform. I thought when notary go sends me a text and i reply to the text, it checks off the milestone list. But ive already scanned back the documents and its still unchecked like i havent sent it back. Althought the assignment shows completed.

Eh, seems these techy things are always developing glitches. If it shows complete, I wouldn’t worry about it.
Notary Go manually updates everything on their end… It would make sense to give the notary the option to mark everything off as you go but they haven’t made that apart of their system yet. Usually if you call the customer service line or email to confirm they usually update shortly thereafter.
