Not sure whom you are replying to but NN closed the order without payment. No one is to close your order in snapdocs except the notary. Period. Closing an order is equated to canceling an order and there is no way to re-open or converse with the ‘contact person’ through snapdoc once an order is closed. Thus why NN closed my order and closed it the same day the order was completed. Not cool and not ethical by any stretch. I was paid because I kept questioning the ‘contact person’ of NN why they closed my order and let NN know that notary forum boards were discussing NN’s lack of payment for notaries. She could never give a logical explanation and became quite defensive. Thus confirming NN’s true intentions of not paying the notary. Regardless, I am one of the lucky ones who actually got paid because of my persistence and letting them know of their reputation among notaries.
Crystal Preciado is the owner of notary nation and yes she was in partnership with Connie at the time they owned sign doc USA there was a problem with those two and they each went their way. Crystal DOES NOT PAY the notaries STAY AWAY from NOTARY NATION INC she’s a shister. The 90 days is her way of hoping you will forget and she won’t pay. The gall they have of getting insulted when you call and ask for payment. She needs to be shut down.

what number/who did you contact? I have also been getting a runaround regarding payment. I did a signing for them in July
I did two signings for them in July and one in August. The payment terms say 60 days so I have been emailing and calling and also texting about payment. I finally just got paid last weekend so I believe their terms may actually be 90 and not 60 days. I have a few more that I’ve done for them that have not reached the 60 day mark, but I’m hoping that I don’t have to wait 90 days to receive payment for those as well
I was finally received the echeck 99 days after my assignment.
Luckily I had the owners cell phone number and only got paid after asking if I should contact the escrow company about payment AND blowing up her cell phone daily early in the morning. Her name is Chrystal Preciado and cell # is 562-228-4004. Good luck!
I did the same thing. Blew up her phone texts and then letting her know in each text I was warning all notaries of her refusing to pay and closing orders in snapdoc. 
Took about a week and then she paid and tried to threaten me as well. LOL.
