I want to know about peoples experience with them. Please feel free to DM if you don’t want to publicly post as their new “terms” have just recently changed.
@FeliciaNM505 Just wondering if by any chance were you able to locate the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?
This information is a GOLDMINE!
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .
To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show 22 separate threads (including yours) about this particular business entity. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe.
Some of the threads are very recent . . .

I just sent you a message
As a Notary that has unpaid invoices with Notary Nation, I would say that everyone should read their updated terms of service,
PAYMENT TERMS
60 days
We bill the clients at the end of each month and they have 30 days to pay the invoice. We no longer front the notary fee for the clients. The only fee that is advanced is the SnapDocs fee paid for the notary.
If a signing does not complete a print and trip fee will be paid to not exceed 50% of the original signing fee unless an additional fee was given prior to assignment. If the client is ISG Insurance Services or Golden Rule Lending a full notary fee will be paid if the signing does not complete. For Specialized Consumer Service a full notary fee will be paid if the appointment was confirmed and the signing does not complete. It is mandatory that if a signing does not complete that management be contacted prior to you leaving the signing location to receive instructions. A full fee will not be paid if you leave and do not contact management at 562-228-4004.
**Do not call or email for payment update unless your payment has not been paid within the listed time frame. If not received within the listed time frame, please call (800) 817-9245 Ext. 703 or text (800) 817-9245. You may also place a note in the order that you want payment status for. Do not email us directly as we do not have staff that monitors emails.
We use Deluxe ECHECK ONLY for issuing notary payments. Please create a free account with Deluxe Checks to make sure your payment is not missed in your email.
Our company does not use notary payments to operate. We have strict agreements with our clients that all notary payments will be forwarded to notaries within 48 hours of receipt of the check or credit card payment.
.ANTI DEFAMATION CLAUSE
You agree not to attack/criticize Notary Nation Inc. and any of its employees, associates, partners or clients publicly on public forums, blogs, social networks, google, yelp etc. at any time during agreement period or after agreement has ended. You agree not to seek for advice on notary forums, blogs, community groups or any social media in a way which brings bad name to the company or any of its employees, associates, partners or clients. In case of breach of this clause you will be responsible to pay for legal fees for damages and may be responsible to pay for damages that have injured our reputation. You are prohibited from contacting our client for any reason.
It is too bad that Notary Nation doesn’t follow their own policies. in their latest term of service update they have 2 different dates a notary can be paid. 48 hours after they receive payment, and then on another line 60 days.
Then there is this gem of a clause about non-defamation.
Do yourself a favor. Stay far away from this firm.
My last 3 contacts with them trying to get payment were:
1st excuse: They were backed up due to staffing issues.
2nd excuse: They sent a check and it was lost (mind you they say they use Deluxe E-Check
3rd excuse: The owner has been gravely ill and they need time to pay their bills.
As stated above, there are 22 posts by various individuals about this company, and these posts speak for themselves.
Are you trying to get into trouble?
Not at all. I do not work for Notary Nation at my request. I am not constrained by their contract or their terms as I am not a contractor and the above items are posted on their public website for anyone to read from the general public.
Once they failed to pay me, and then gave me excuses such as staffing shortages, then there were computer issues, then the owner was on vacation, then the owner was hospitalized as the reasons why I had not been paid I removed myself from their agreement.
