Snapdocs is a site that title companies put their overflow on. If you don’t know how to click and except, then this is probably not the site you need to be on! You will have to load you credentials on. Errors and omissions, background check, insurance, commission certificate notarized, and your NNA certificate. A lot of title companies will not even look at you if you don’t have at least 100k worth of E&O insurance. Good luck!
Listen to exeternotary…he knows the ropes and has told it like it is.
Thank you for the compliment. I have learned much from your insights as well. Wish you the best.
Thats true for any business not just this one.
I don’t do this full time and like SnapDocs. just make sure you respond to every one that comes in even if you’re not available. Respond as quick as you can and you’ll start getting signing.
Coast 2 Coast Signing Agent University has great generic Loan signing training. It is a great review, especially if you are nervous about a coming appointment. I often spend lag time reviewing. I was fortunate. I had inquiries before I was ready to venture out. True about signingagent.com Many people argue the value of NNA…The value is in insdustry standard–especially when you are just starting out.
I disagree. If you don’t know how the site works, pick up the phone or watch a You Tube video to learn all the aspects of SnapDocs you need to learn…one step at a time.
Could you, please, tell me what advertising works for you best?
What works best for me? A professionally done website that receives 1,000 plus visitors a month, high placement on 123notary, and most importantly, decades of general notary work to build a loyal client base.
Oh, that makes me ill because I just paid them $99 today to upgrade my membership. Did you get the refund through your bank? Usually, the bank will go ahead and issue you the credit right away if you’ve already tried and got nowhere with it. So what happened?
Joe, most signings pay $200-250? Where are you working and who are you working for? I’ve never heard of that.
@jsiegehill you are listed #2 of the premium members on that site.
The notary fee on the settlement statement has remained virtually unchanged for decades. If you are not getting that fee then you are splitting it with a third party signing service.
An attorney is required for the notarizations of real estate documents for property located in Georgia. If the property is located outside of Georgia, an attorney is not required (OCGA 44-14-13 [b]).
