Notifications without assignments

Hi all, I’ve been a CA notary since April 2024, I keep receiving text notifications of signing jobs but they never turn into assignments. I need friends to suggest to me if there’s anything that I need to update in my profile.

My NSA Profile: Signing Agent

There are 61 notaries within 10 miles of you. It has been & will continue to be a very slow market for the foreseeable future.

Two things I noticed - under languages, you only list “Hindi” - IMO you should put “English, Hindi”

Second - under “Accept e-docs” you have “no” - that’s a killer right there. If you can’t accept e-docs you won’t get any assignments.

@brmanandharnotary It will also serve you BEST to Search the Notary Cafe database to determine the REPUTATION of the Business Entity that is sending you potential orders PRIOR TO providing your professional services.

This information is a GOLDMINE!

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . :crown:

You need to have a dedicated email and set it up for notifications. Gives you a better chance of responding on these spammed emails. You only have a fraction of a second to beat the competition.

May I ask, how did you determine this? TY

Used N.Cafe’s FindANotary tab & his zip code as provided on his NSA profile for Signing Agent site.
