NYS Apostille office mailing questions.

The only information I can find on this page NYS Division of Licensing Services is unclear. Could anyome please help me with the details below?

I tried to call them for 3 days but was not able to reach a live person to speak with.

  1. Can I send the NYS office documents by fedex or ups? and can I use a prepaid FEDEX UPS label for returning ? Or they only take postal office mails and returns?

  2. Do they still take company checks? If I have 10 documents to ship as a batch . Do I have to write $100 on one check for this batch or do I have to write 10 checks for $10 each?

  3. Do they have a limitation of how many documents I can ship per batch or per evelovepe?
