I’m also confused by Old Republic Title. They sent me an email and an application, which I completed. They asked for my fees and I listed them. Then they told me they can’t accept the application because my listed fees aren’t $95, except they didn’t use those words; they said it in a roundabout way.
Why bother asking then, and why not be straight about what they’ll pay??
