OneNotary recently opened up their platform to accept loan signings.
- Who has used them so far and what has been your experience?
- Which companies (Lenders, Escrow/title or signing companies) are accepting/using OneNotrary platform?

If I provide a client on One Notary with 2 signers on a document with the free notary account.: I charge 31.00 for two certificates and pay One Notary 13.00 for the first signer and cert. , 5.00 for extra signer and 5.00 for extra cert. My net would be $8.00 Is this correct? If so, I stand to lose 5.00 from my fee every time I add a signer to a document.
