Pacsigning (Pacs)

For me this is a new signing service. This signing service is owned and operated by a couple form India.

I completed this signing but I had to educate Pacs about split singings. Pacs contacted me stating they contacted title and I was correct this signing was a split signing.

I have another signing with Pacs that is a totally FUBAR! I’m really thinking not to work with Pacs anymore.

Thoughts?

I have done 2 signings for PacSigning. Both were absolute disasters with the paperwork.

On the 1st signing, the documents sent over to me were missing pages (it was easy to spot as the page numbers were missing pages 20 through 30 (or something like that) and there were documents that were cutoff mid document when they were scanned. PacSigning argued with me for hours that it was the correct docs and no pages were cutoff, even after I begged them to look at the PDF files. I finally called the title contact directly and she sent me the correct package, intact and I did the signing. It was either me taking matters into my own hands to get a successful signing or cancelling the appointment.

My second (and last) disaster with them was on a signing where every single notarial statement was non-compliant with Florida law. Again, PacSigning argued that it was ok to use the language as-is. I had to send them a copy of the Florida statutes, which contain sample notarial language in them, for this to get fixed. My commission isn’t worth their poor handling of assignments.

I do not accept assignments from them any further.

Truth!! Good on you for setting it straight. I hate it when a SS (OR title company) pulls this - “oh, it’s okay, everyone does it..just go ahead” - no…no thank you

Yeah, no more working with them for me.

Tank you.

More companies surfacing that are “pond scum” and helps to share information on this platform. Another company that has CEO/Owner in Egypt is eMortgage Funding. Take advantage of seniors and vets with bad credit for equity loans. When paperwork is completed quickly sell to another lender with interest rate increased, signer(s) don’t receive equity money and payment due immediately on loan. BBB and other reviews show they have been taken to court. They try to blame Notaries for not completing paperwork correctly and explaining docs to signer. FUBAR !!
