We are a real estate law firm located in Flushing, Queens that handles a high volume of settlement agent (“bank attorney”) work. We are looking for per diem closers, particularly in the areas of Brooklyn, Staten Island, Westchester, and Long Island (Nassau/Suffolk). We pay for each job immediately after Closing. If this is something that you have experience with, please private message me with:

-Your rates
-Your coverage areas (e.g. Brooklyn only, Nassau/Suffolk only, etc)
-Your availability times (afternoons only, mornings only, etc).
-If possible, some of the banks that you have settlement agent experience with

I service the 5 boroughs of NYC, Long Island, and Westchester county. I have done closings for Chase, Bank of America, etc. I am available pretty much anytime.
